Ironwood Millworks
Step 01 — Foundation
It starts with
the foundation.
Every cabinet begins with a rabbeted base and side panels. These panels are the foundation that everything else builds upon.
Step 02 — Structure
Back panel
locks it square.
A back panel nests right into the rabbeted sides and bottom, squaring the entire box and locking it rigid.
Step 03 — Integrity
Stretchers
make it rigid.
Stretchers placed connecting the top of the sides are screwed into place, making the cabinet rigid.
Step 04 — Function
Making the
box uniform.
Front stretchers make every opening rigid and uniform, allowing drawers to all fit perfectly.
Step 05 — Hardware
Premium hardware
for each cabinet.
Rack and pinion undermount slides and soft close hinges. You won't see the drawer slides — they ensure each drawer operates synchronized.
Step 06 — Drawer Boxes
Drawer boxes made
entirely custom.
Every drawer is made to fit perfectly and operate flawlessly.
